Andrew announced on the last Team Elite Training Call that we have automated the ETE recognition system. This has a very positive effect on you: You will no longer need to send in faxes. I have outlined the systems operations below, and if you or your downline need assistance, manual processing for a special circumstance, or have any questions, please feel free to contact via email instead.
The way that the system works now, paperwork is no longer necessary in processing an ETE application. Simply follow the instructions given in either the emails or the back office and it can all be done online.
HOW THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM WORKS:
The system looks back into the last 21 days and calculates how many Business Builders a person has signed up, and guides them through the ETE process accordingly. The program will work as detailed below:
Someone signs up their FIRST Business Builder:
The distributor (and sponsor) will get an email congratulating them on their recent enrollment and let them know they have 21 days to complete the 3in3 program, with a description of the program and links to our corporate website complete with training videos and materials.
Someones signs up their SECOND Business Builder:
The distributor (and sponsor) will get an email congratulating them on their recent enrollment and let them know they need to sign up 1 more Business Builder by “deadline date” to complete the 3in3 program. (Also outlining programs and materials.)
Someone signs up their THIRD Business Builder:
The distributor (and sponsor) will get an email congratulating them on their recent enrollment and IF THEY ARE NOT AN EXECUTIVE tell them that they have 7 days to either sponsor a 4th Business Builder or complete an Executive Upgrade Order in their back office (when they sign into their back office a “pop-up” will appear encouraging them to upgrade for those 7 days). If they are already an Executive and no upgrade is required, they will automatically be sent the Congratulations ETE Email.
Someone Qualifies for their FIRST time as an ETE:
The distributor and their upline will get a Congratulations email, outlining the prizes and incentives that come with qualifying and automatically generates an order for the free Nuggets, Check, and ETE Pin. The system will also award HTP points upon qualification.
Someone RE-QUALIFIES as ETE:
The distributor gets a Re-Qualify Congratulations email, and we will process the Re-Quaification check. The system will also award HTP points upon re-qualification.
A COUPLE NOTES:
Keep in mind the “21 Day Qualification Period” is a rolling time table, so as time goes on the counter will reset as the 21 day deadline comes and goes. A distributor will receive the Business Builder emails EVERY TIME they go through the ETE process. If they have 2 Business Builders and the 21 day deadline passes, their second Business Builder will automatically be recognized as their first Business Builder, and the system will send out the “Second Business Builder” email upon their next enrollment.
Because this program only looks back 21 days, it will take a full 21 days for it to be working in its entirety. As we launch the program there is a possibility the some of the first Business Builders enrolled will not be automatically counted as it is outside the systems scope, but we are able to manually push those through the system if/when that happens. So please contact me if one of your downline receives a “First BB” email when you believe it should be a 2nd or 3rd as we get through the initial stages of launching the program.
