Paula Pritchard and Kathy Robbins, Ambassadors and Master Distributors
Paula Pritchard and Kathy Robbins are Master Distributors and Ambassadors with MXI. They joined MXI halfway through its second year and yet they managed to become MXI’s fastest millionaire earners in 22 months and the fastest multimillionaires with commissions totaling 2 ½ million in just 3 years.
They have really set the pace but it is no surprise since they are two of the top performers in the Network Marketing industry worldwide. They have built organizations totaling over 200,000 people in more than 15 different countries. They have made it to the top of every company they have been involved in and they have done it with style, ethics and professionalism.
Paula was teaching and pursuing her doctorate degree at Kent State University when she decided to attend her first Network Marketing meeting. She was disillusioned by the inability to advance financially in the academic world so she decided to give Network Marketing a try. That first company was Amway where out of a million distributors, she became the first single woman in the United States to reach the coveted Diamond level. Thirty years later, Paula is known worldwide not only as one of the top network marketers and trainers, but also as a person of integrity in a very competitive industry.
Kathy loved her career as a high school teacher, but found the income potential lacking. She left teaching to enter the investment business as a sales representative. She later became the manager of a tri-state office for a national firm. When Kathy took control of the office it was ranked 126thin the company. After 18 months it was ranked number fifteen. She eventually started her own investment company and although she was very successful in the investment business, running her own company left little time to enjoy her success or the freedom to travel.
At that time one of her clients was Paula Pritchard, a successful network marketer, who suggested she try network marketing on a part-time basis. Kathy quickly made it to the top position and when she had replaced her strong six -figure income; she left the investment industry to become a full time networker. Her success, both corporately and in the Network Marketing arena, has made her a valuable consultant to network companies in the areas of operations, sales and marketing and expansion.
Kathy is a smart, savvy business woman and an incredible teacher and mentor so it was not a surprise when they decided to join forces. By teaming up, Paula could travel and live in Europe while Kathy could support and steer their North American business.
That partnership has worked for over 20 years. Together they have spearheaded the expansion of three different companies into Europe, producing hundreds of millions of dollars in business. They are known worldwide for their amazing trainings and team support. They have been featured in numerous industry magazines and have provided trainings for tens of thousands of distributors around the world. As two of the top and most consistent performers in network marketing, they have proven time and time again that their business building methods work. Their techniques for building large successful businesses have created many successful leaders in the industry and have been well documented in Paula’s book Owning Yourself.
Ian and Judy Murray, Ambassadors
Ian and Judy have been in the network marketing industry for over 20 years and have successfully built international teams in excess of 40,000 distributors in 17 countries. They have been top million dollar income earners and respected international leaders in the industry.
Ian and Judy have been elected Presidents Field Advisory Board Members in their respective companies. After an 8 year absence in Network Marketing, and, with a strict criteria list of what they were looking for in a company, they made their decision to start building a distribution network with MXI. “It had to have all the elements if we were going to do this again”. Prior to Network Marketing, Judy spent years in the cosmetic industry as a National trainer and consultant for Christian Dior Parfums and cosmetics, and went on to develop marketing programs for various major cosmetic companies in the Canadian market. Judy’s passion of art led her to working with an international art publishing company as the National Director for Business Development, building the Canadian and the U.S. markets. Her skills in business development and training were a good match for the Network Marketing Industry. “Plus, I had a very strong desire to work for myself and build something very profitable that would pay me a great passive income”. Ian held various senior corporate positions in the manufacturing industry but discovered Network Marketing in 1988 and has never looked back. “We have to say, it is by far, the best business decision we have ever made, as well as one of the best life decisions we have ever made. It has completely changed our lives”.
Sandy Chambers, Ambassador
As a former high school teacher and single mom, Sandy was looking for an opportunity where she could stay home with her 3 children and yet, earn a full-time income with no glass ceiling and at the same time, be able to attend to her children’s lives. Sandy turned to direct sales where she earned a pink car!
Thirteen years later, she found MLM which increased her income by 600% in the first year! Sandy became the first Canadian National Director with that company. She had looked at many companies and found everything she was looking for in MXI- the right time, the right product and the right plan! In Sandy’s first year and a half with MXI Corp, she became the first International Ambassador and the third Ambassador in the company with her amazing group! Now Sandy has become a million dollar earner with MXI. She loves the fact that you can build the life you actually want and take the people you care about with you!
Kerry Dean, Ambassador
Kerry has a background in Nursing Science with a specialty in Critical Care Nursing. After being widowed she turned to Direct Sales to leverage her time and work from home to be with her four children. Kerry loved the freedom that working from home provides.
Kerry brings to MXI twenty years in the Direct Sales and Networking Industry. With MXI she found true success, freedom and a strong residual income.
Kerry is a Million Dollar Earner and a Mercedes Driver.
Teaching others to prosper and to balance their lives between family and career with financial and time freedom is her passion – and something she believes is achievable, for those with and without networking experience through MXI.
Randell Anderson, Double Diamond Executive
In March 2012, Randell Anderson celebrated his 40th continuous year in Network Marketing.This industry is all he knows. He speaks in multi-level.Randy is an accomplished public speaker and an internationally respected NWM industry leader. Before joining MXI in a full time capacity, he devoted 29 years as creator and head of a multilevel field training and leadership program. As such he positively impacted the lives of literally thousands of distributors.
In addition to his passion for being an independent distributor, he has filled corporate positions from industry consultant to chairman of the board emeritus. His success in NWM is expressed in a free-style lifestyle. He divides his time between residences in Germany and California. He travels often to Rwanda as part of a personal humanitarian mission.
Jeannie & Dennis Boniface, Double Diamonds
Jeannie Boniface is a professional motivational speaker, a Certified Laughter Leader, Reiki Master-teacher and an infection control consultant in the medical and spa industries. She also worked with the EPA, FDA and Health Canada for new product developments in the dental industry. Dennis has a corporate background and will be retiring earlier because of Xocai. They are now working full time at their chocolate business, enjoying the freedom and loving every minute of it!
Robin Cohen, Double Diamond
Robin is an entrepreneur who has been successful in the network marketing industry for 20 years. Robin is raising 2 young boys. She is a professional musician playing mandolin and harmonica with a musical duo, is a long distance cyclist and practices yoga.
Robin has learned how to integrate this business while doing everything else in her life. Her devotion to teaching others how to build a successful financial empire in MXI has become her passion. She has tripled her income in three short years and “retired” from her day job. Robin was also one of the first to earn the Mercedes Benz with MXI.
Judy Daniel, Double Diamond
Judy had previously been a high school and college teacher while dabbling in network marketing. She began building a healthy chocolate business on a very part-time basis while teaching two ESL classes and managing a health clinic.
Judy now is building with MXI full time and living a dream come true. She has the freedom to live six months in Ontario and six months in British Columbia. Life couldn’t be better!
Rishon Ludders, Double Diamond
Rishon is a top network marketing executive with 20 years of sales and marketing expertise. She is a speaker, presenter, and trainer at industry functions, as well as having been an executive with a multi-million-dollar company. She is an active triathlete and skier. She is now full time in MXI building a successful, rapidly growing business based on healthy chocolate products.
Kim MacIsaac, Double Diamond Executive
Kim holds a Master of Science Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation and has spent the last 15 years working as a vocational expert where she assisted individuals with disability and injury return to work. She has had her own private practice for 10 of those years and while she found her job very rewarding, working in litigation was stressful and demanded long hours.When she was introduced to Xocai, Kim knew that a Healthy Chocolate business would be the vehicle she would use to gain financial independence for her and her family. After 3 short years, she and her husband Nick have built a large global business which has provided Kim the opportunity to stay at home with her children while building her Xocai business full time.
Beverly Speechley, Diamond Executive
With a background in massage therapy, helping others comes naturally to Beverly. She joined MXI with no previous network marketing experience and with dedicated part time effort she is now earning more with her healthy chocolate business than with her full time job! Beverly loves the travel she has been able to do with MXI, having won two trips including the Gold Fly In to the MXI head office in Reno, Nevada.

We have always been interested in healthy living. There is a lot of unhealthy behavior in the world today.
People eat unhealthy and don´t exercise. Slowly we can see that more and more people take responsibility for what they eat, but it´s only in the beginning. The market for healthier products is growing and that means a great future for both health and business. We got involved with this business and went Gold in our first 5 months and made Platinum in 6 months. Now we are Diamond! We used the Team Elite Program to inspire our team to be on the cruise! I want to thank my team for working so hard and we’re thrilled to have at least 8 people joining us on the December cruise. I remember the very first day I was asked to attend Judy and Ian Murray’s home to hear about a business opportunity. I was not looking for anything and didn’t have time to take on another business. As a former Nurse, I had given up my career to have my own home-based business and I was very successful with that. However, when I was told that it was Healthy Chocolate, I knew I needed to hear more. That was over 3 ½ years ago and Lou and I have never looked back. Not only has this changed my life physically but it has changed our lives in ways that can’t be expressed in enough words. Rita J. Szczotka – Diamond Executive
Rita graduated from Hoover High School in 1976. She was crowned Miss San Diego, Fairest of the Fair in 1977 and a runner up to the Miss California pageant that same year. Rita holds a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from National University and San Diego State. After 20 plus successful years in the financial industry working in high level management positions with top tier brokerage firms Rita chose to start her own business. Rita operates an international distribution team for the world’s first healthy chocolate, MXI – Xocai. In addition to her business, she has held proud volunteer positions with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, ChildHelp USA, The Monarch School for homeless children and is currently Chairman of the Board for Walden Family Services. She is happily married to Micheal Szczotka a sole proprietor (Encinitas Tile & Stone) in San Diego.
Maryanne Carlin – Diamond Executive

Debbie Arcon is a mother of 2.5 children. Debbie started this amazing business just over two years ago and has no plans of stopping. Her background is in finance. This is Debbie’s first time doing network marketing. It has helped her lose 40 pounds, her arthritis does not ache any more, and she is off her medication. Lucy Beal, Platinum Executive
Lucy Beal has been involved in the health and wellness industry for more than 25 years. She graduated summa cum laude from California State University with a B.S. degree in health science, and was an honors student at University of Wisconsin, holding a Master’s degree in Counseling. She is a certified Food Psychology Coach and National Certified Counselor, as well as a published author. She has been featured on international radio and television for her work as “America’s Optimism Coach.” Lucy joined MXI and The Global Partners Group in September, 2010, with no prior experience in building a network marketing business. In her life’s work, she has focused on health and optimism, sharing the message of “optimistic solutions” as a way of helping people shift away from pessimism and a problem-mindset to a solution-focused mindset.
When introduced to MXI and Xocai Healthy Chocolate, Lucy quickly realized that this business opportunity allowed her to stay true to her message– focusing on the solution of the high antioxidant lifestyle, allowing people to step away from a focus on the “problem” of pain and suffering, whether a health or a financial problem. Dr. Jay Clark and Linda R. Young (“Dr. Jay and Linda R.” as they like to be called) come to MXI with over two decades experience in the NWM industry. Their success in building a large organization allowed them to retire from dentistry and real estate investing in 1991. They have never looked back. Network Marketing has provided a lifestyle which allows them to now split their time between Albuquerque, New Mexico and Tombstone, Arizona where Jay is an actor, historian and ordained minister specializing in Old West Themed Weddings and Vow Renewals. Linda is a “Born Entrepreneur,” Certified Life Coach and co-founder of Women on Fire. Dr. Jay and Linda R. are both accomplished trainers and speakers and as such were honored to be contributing editors to Upline Magazine as well as presenters as part of the Upline Masters Series. Tim is a well respected Dentist and Gayle has a background in Nursing. They have previous network marketing success and love the freedom and flexibility the industry offers.
As a Dentist , Tim realized that his security is only as good as his ability to perform. Since most successful people have a plan B Tim and Gayle chose MXI. MXI has now become their plan A and they are going straight to the top
David Itkow, Platinum Executive
David (aka Sunwolfe) has worked in holistic health for over 30 years, consulting people to better health naturally using cutting edge health products.
While he loved what he was doing, David discovered that he was trading his time for money and soon realized that he could leverage his time more effectively by helping more people to better health and wealth. That is when he decided to plug into MXI. He now has the freedom to travel and build his business anywhere, which has become his passion.
Sandy Kress - Platinum Executive
Sandy Kress is from Southern California and she was introduced to Xocai by Rishon Ludders. Sandy had a very successful modeling career in California and New York when she was younger and for about twenty five years, she took care of two boys, volunteered in charity work and played the role of a corporate wife. Sandy started working in a luxury clothing career, she was top seller and manager and when she left, Sandy realized that while she had made very good money she had no pension and the only person that was going to take care of her was herself.
The residual income was a big lure for her along with the health benefits and the opportunity to help others change their lives in so many ways. Now Sandy feels like the luckiest person. Enrique & Michelle Martinez – Platinum Executives
Enrique and Michelle live in Albuquerque, NM. Enrique has been a successful hairstylist for over 35 years and spent his early years in the industry in Beverly Hills, CA before moving to Santa Fe almost 20 years ago. Michelle has been an successful entrepreneur her whole life, owning and operating 5 businesses as well as working in the Corporate world for over 10 years.
After being introduced to MXI in September of 2008, they knew “Healthy Chocolate” was the answer to their prayers. Being self-employed, the need for “Plan B” has become extremely important to them both as well as the health benefits they both receive from consuming the chocolate. Rene has been a hairdresser for over 35 years and has two grown boys. Rene realized that if she wasn’t working as a hairdresser, she wasn’t making money so when the term residual income with MXI was introduced to her she had an “aha” moment! She also loves the chocolate from a health perspective having had fibromyalgia for years.

Temple Swift – Life With Chocolate, Platinum Executive
Temple Swift lives in Brantford, Ontario Canada with her husband Steven and her young son, Braxton. Temple has suffered from severe Asthma and Allergies since childhood, however since consuming Xocai Healthy Chocolate, she is symptom free.
Temple enjoys working from home building her Chocolate business, while raising her son. Temple has been able to work around her son’s schedule, working part-time, for a full time income. The friends she has made and the lives they have touched with CHOCOLATE has helped her to achieve the Platinum level.
Lara Tinkler, Platinum Executive
Before joining the Global Partners Group, Lara Tinkler’s professional training was as an official Court Reporter and she worked in the Ontario Superior Court and the Federal Courts of Canada. She then accepted an offer to take on the responsibilities of Executive Assistant with one of the largest communications and entertainment companies in Canada, managing all human resources departmental needs in the field of Training and Development. Lara’s goal was always to own herself, however, and as she organized and executed her company’s many field training and leadership programs, she sharpened her own saw and got involved in having a home business. In time she joined The Global Partners Group where she found real leadership — friendships that bring enjoyment and offer support and encouragement to do well and help others succeed. As her team has come to learn, Lara is passionate about supporting and leading their development. Lara’s husband Philip is a lawyer practicing with a global law firm that ranks seventh largest in the world. They have three wonderful boys, a devoted and beloved Australian Labradoodle, two fish, one African dwarf frog — and a world of dreams to look forward to fulfilling together, while setting a very important entrepreneurial example for the boys.
Larry and Judith Twells, Platinum Executives
Larry is a retired Realtor and former national sales manager/buyer with 40 years experience in business. Judith reached one of the top ranks with a direct sales company. For the past 7 years Judith has enjoyed serving as a non-denominational minister, dabbling in Networking to supplement their income.
MXI has provided them with hope for the future – a solid ongoing income and the opportunity to build an international business. Judith and Larry are enjoying the ability to spend this winter in warmer climates – something that had only ever been a dream before now!
Ling Chi Yang, Platinum Executive
Ling Chi has a Master degree of music from the Cleveland institute of music . She has been teaching for 20 years. Ling Chi was born in Taiwan.
Ling Chi’s family are very health conscious, they practice meditation and gigong and balance their diet with natural food .
It is in Ling Chi’s personality that when she hears something wonderful, she would immediately share that news with other people without reservation. So, Ling Chi introduced Xocai chocolates to her family and friends in Taiwan and the USA .
Ling Chi’s goal is to lead her team to work with MXI and to open the Global Chinese market one day .
Her dream is through hard work as a distributor, Ling Chi will introduce Xocai healthy chocolate to more people so they can become healthier .
